New England Vacation

Yesterday my mom, 2 aunts, 2nd cousin, 2nd mom, and brother all piled into a mini van to embark on a 10 day journey thru the New England states. This has been a dream of my mom's for as long as I can remember. I am so glad she is finally making that dream a reality.

Our first stop Niagara Falls. We stayed on the America side and really enjoyed the views. Here are a couple that I go.

Dawn and Tim: Maternity

It had been 5 months since I had last seen my best friend, who is pregnant. So you can imagine my surprise when I finally saw her this weekend. I can't believe how beautiful she is! And how big:)
Dawn is actually married to my cousin Tim and they are expecting in August. We went out to take some shots, which happen to be my first maternity shots ever. So let me know what you think!

The blessing of friends

We have lived in Abilene for almost a year now and we have really enjoyed it so far. One of the best things about this city is the wonderful people we have met here. God has really blessed us with a group of friends that we will cherish for a life-time! They are amazing people who would do anything for us. We love them and would like you to meet some of them. Yeah Summer

Its official: I successfully finished my first year as a teacher! It was a hectic year, but I am so grateful for the opportunity and I know each year will get easier. Now I am looking forward to a restful summer full of fun, family, and photography.

So I have been not shot for awhile, but I need to practice. Here are a few shots I took by my house before a Texas thunderstorm.
